چکیده
We provide a systematic study of hybrid neutron star equations state (EOS) consisting relativistic density functional for the hadronic phase and covariant nonlocal Nambu--Jona-Lasinio (nlNJL) model to describe color superconducting quark matter phase. Changing values two free parameters, dimensionless vector diquark coupling strengths ${\ensuremath{\eta}}_{V}$ ${\ensuremath{\eta}}_{D}$ results in set EOS with varying stiffness deconfinement onset. The favorable parameters are obtained from Bayesian analysis which multimessenger constraint on radius at $14{M}_{\ensuremath{\bigodot}}$ combined mass-radius PSR $\mathrm{J}0740+6620$ NICER experiment used as constraints. Additionally, transition deconfined is constrained occur above nuclear saturation density. Hybrid stars modeled these compatible highest known mass star, $\mathrm{J}0740+6620$. Three new observations interesting phenomenology reported: (i) we show that constant sound speed (CSS) provides an excellent fit nlNJL implies squared high densities be about 0.5 optimized parameters; (ii) give simple form mapping between parameter spaces models valid whole range relevant chemical potentials (iii) observe special point property based CSS generalizes lines points when varied instead one. A lower limit maximum function strength obtained.

Constraining the Mass & Radius of Neutron Stars in Globular Clusters
We analyze observations of eight quiescent low-mass X-ray binaries in globular clusters and combine them to determine the neutron star mass-radius curve and the equation of state of dense matter. We determine the effect that several uncertainties may have on our results, including uncertainties in the distance, the atmosphere composition, the neutron star maximum mass, the neutron star mass dis...
متن کاملModel-independent Mass-Radius Constraint for Neutron Stars
While model-independent limits are always interesting, a limit on neutron star radius as a function of mass attains special interest in light of recent interpretations of the periodic as well as quasi-periodic oscillations (QPOs) in brightness of X-rays emitted from neutron stars that are accreting matter from a low-mass companion. Here we derive such a limit based only on well accepted princip...

We show that within a recently developed nonlocal, chiral quark model the critical densities for a phase transition to color superconducting quark matter under neutron star conditions can be low enough that these phases occur in compact star configurations with masses below 1.4 M⊙. We study the cooling of these objects in isolation for different values of the gravitational mass and thus differe...

We show that within a recently developed nonlocal chiral quark model the critical density for a phase transition to color superconducting quark matter under neutron star conditions can be low enough for these phases to occur in compact star configurations with masses below 1.3 M⊙. We study the cooling of these objects in isolation for different values of the gravitational mass and argue that, i...
